    Just looking for feedback.
I'm 190 now and Id like to be 175-170 Trying to get buff for my last year of american highschool next year.

    1.Buying lowcarb bread
2.Drinking a glass of hot water every day (supposedly helps?)
3.Only 1 sweet per week if necessary (one of those thin 95 lb choclate bars) sugar free gum if cravings rise
    4.Gym 3-4 times a week
5.Pushups/crunches every other night (unless I went to gym that day)
6.Increasing protein intake (Protein is low on the glycemic index and hence takes longer to digest so you dont get hungry as fast)
    7.More veggies, nuff said'
    8.Peanut butter toast (protein/healthy fats)

I know none of you will believe me, but it's actually easier to lose weight in america......*waits for everyone to stop laughing*......Theres more health foods there...ironic isnt it? One of my fave healthy foods there..."turkey bacon" so good...they have it here..but it tastes terrible...or soy crisps...another good one...apple cinnamon. Our extreme problem is our brilliant solution, also there arent as many "centras" etc...I gained weight when I came to Ireland lol...

Anyway, any other steps/precautions you all reccomend?

lots of faults in your plan,eg. i think you mean cold water instead of hot water as your body needs more energy to heat up very cold water ie. burns more calories....
also with a decent plan you could probably lose 15pounds in 2months guessing that you havent already been working out for the last while...

plans seems alright. you could do pushups one day, crunches the next. if you do pushups in the morning before breakfast it'll speed up you metabloism according to menshealth. but dont do crunches in the morning as its back for your back after lying down for so long.

    - Lowcard bread isn't bad, but it's also good to get wholegrain or wholemeal bread.

    - 15 lbs. in 4 months should be quite easy .. as Daedulus said you could easily lose it in 2 months.

    - Drinking 8 glasses of water a day never hurt anybody. Cold/warm/hot not withstanding.

    - Peanut butter is good, limit it to 2 tbsp per serving though. And yes, it should be much easier for you to find *proper* peanut butter in the US. Make sure it doesn't have anything in it besides peanuts :)

    - 5-6 smaller meals a day also helps.

If you want a little more help, pick up either Body For Life (ignore the stuff about Myoplex, and just use whey protein), or The Abs Diet (published by Men's Health). Both have very sensible eating plans combined with some exercise suggestions.

    Best of luck! :)
