Someone please take these goddamn Celebrations off me!! them and the mocha I have in front of me..

In 2005 I spent the summer months killing myself to get into shape after deciding I was done with baby-making. I lost 97lbs..
Im afraid Im slipping! Someone say something that will shame me back into my old routine..

Anyone else gain a few lbs over the hols? :(

I'm in the same boat, lots of junk food around the house has been calling to me.

A week of regular eating and cardio will get me back to normal. To be honest, I'm looking forward to getting back into it!

What gets me motivated to both stop eating junk and to get some excercise is to remember how awful i always feel if my clothes wont fit me properly!!Its such a horrible feeling......and such a lovely feeling when they do!!

That's what's getting me going at the moment - clothes are desperately tight after Christmas. Although for me silly season started with the first Christmas party on November 25th and continued downhill, so a few pounds were inevitable.

I'm concentrating on eating healthy to get my system back up again, and hopefully weight loss will be a welcome side effect ;)

It is hard esp with the darkness and the bad weather to get motivated,
a lot of the routine in the house eneds up in the air with the kids off school.
I am look forward to them going back and getting more active, nothing like
sitting arround watching movies with the kids and playing boards games, eating
chocolates and toffees while it rains outside to pile on extra pounds.
