Hey, You know those portable protein shakers, the ones you just bung the powder and milk into then shake? Ive read posts here that they are only a fiver or smth, but where can you buy them? The blender annoys the piss out me in the morning. Like a hilti drill in your ear!

    Chairs!

Would love to get my hands on one of those shaker thingies! I have to take the blender into the "laundry room" in the mornings and shut all the doors so that the noise is confined to an area not underneath anyone's bedroom (apart from my own).

Obviously, though, a shaker doesn't help if one is blending the powder into a can of fruit cocktail... anything to stop it tasting like sand...

It's good powder alright, and not cheap (EUR32 for a month's supply), I've figured that the manufacturer's interpretation of vanilla flavour is a bit too vanilla.

Vanilla is a safety zone flavour for my taste buds, which have become quite sensitised to artificial and sweet flavourings over the last year, and no bad thing either. :)

when I bought my one from Tony Quinn the grill thing just kept getting clogged up with lumps and then I wouldn't be able to mix them properly,I just do it without the grill now
