With the new year almost here, im looking forward to getting back into the gym, as I have stated before I'm not a big guy, but managed to put on decent weight over a few months, but i want to realy start trying supplements that will help in size, can anyone recommend supplements, by name, what they do and the best place to buy?? I realy dont have much of a clue, and there are so many websites offering so may differnt things! But I would realy like to put on realy good body size this coming year, mainly arms, chest and legs.

    Thanks.

I would recommend you ensure the rest of your diet is up to scratch before you worry about supplements.

Are you eating the right amouts of protein carbs and healthy fats?
    Do you drink enough water?
How is your mealing timing and size?
Are you getting in your veg?

All these questions will need to be answered before you go near a supplement. Too many people think supplements are the answer. All anybody really needs are protein and creatine, maybe glutamine for the extremly hardworking but that is really it.

I would suggest you do not get caught up in flash ads and fancy products.

At the end of the day, other than creatine and glutamine, the only thing that really helps you add on the muscle are things your already have. Just add knowledge and you will be fine!!!

As for actual products, you can get some good deals on www.fitnessireland.ie and www.usnireland.ie

I know people here are always espousing the ministry of fitness, but last time i checked, they weren't selling. Also maybe contact Easygainer. He seems to do good prices.
