Change of diet badly needed!!!

    Hy all,

    If anyone could advise me on my Diet, Im 21, 12 stone, 6.1 Ft

    Exercise consists on 40 minutes walking per day (Work & back)

    Diet:

    No Breakfast, no Lunch basically nothing until 6pm (sometimes 2 slices of toast)

    6pm = noodle soup + chicken breast + veg

    7pm onwards snacking alot, fruit cake, cashew nuts, some fruit, can of coke etc...

    Strange thing i seem to be gaining weight or fat more so. Any advice on my dreadful diet???

    look up the other thread here. diet advice by spaced out. your q's are answered already most likely..
