Seriously when is everyone finished?

I start tomorrow and finish on Tuesday which I thought was late but I know a number of people finished after me…:eek:

true, though when I was in first year the exams weren't modularised which ment 12 at the end of the year, the guts of a months exams:eek:

Yea I think I'd prefer christmas exams tbh. It gets the first semester stuff out of the way at least. Nothing worse than sitting there in May trying to remember stuff from September/October.

Too true! First years complain about it but they have no idea the favour they're doing themselves when summer exams come around! I'd love to have half my course finished before semester 2!

To be honest I've only had 5 exams. What first year courses have loads of exams?

finishing first year exams on Monday. Had 6 all together, which seems a lot but it's not really. Still managed to fail a few I reckons though. Didn't help that I slept in for my only 9am start and arrived half an hour late.

Wednesday 21st for me -- Algorithms, too! argh, my worst enemy :mad: I'll beat the sh*t out of this exam... no, no I won't.

Anyone know if you gotta pass the exam AND the CA, or just overall?

Just overall, though if you're borderline and you haven't done any of the CA, they are less likely to look favourably at your situation.

I stand a good chance of passing in that case!

I also think I did good in the Programming exam, so if I'm borderline in APS, they might bump me up!

my 4,000 word essay for my english seminar isnt done either and was due last wednesday

My 2,000 word essay on the Atomic Bomb was due over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't done a jot...

It's nice to know that someone else in UCD Arts final year is even more boned than I though! *looks at peacheh:p

Oh god how i hated finance last year.....worst result i have ever gotten in an exam. i managed to pass but just.....I wasn't Jim Jim's greatest fan either, well not after he threw my row out of a lecture because some guy was looking at a camera phone.

Actually you guys have probably been looking over the past exams...did last years seem worse than normal or was i just imagining it.

TBH, i dont think the class average was that bad, i just seemed to have bottled it that day. A girl left after an hour and got higher than me, i wrote for 2 hours more than her. How is that even possible!!

So very nearly over... so very hard to study! Multimedia in about an hour and a half... having your easiest exam last kinda turns things into a bit of a joke in terms of how much studying you do!

They'd be different for each subject. Depends on when the board meeting is. Mid January I suppose.
