back weight

    i have recently put of a lot of weight and i am in the process of losing it, however a lot of the weights on my back. mt=y friends said that will come off anyway but im not so sure,is there any exercise anyone knows to help get rid if it?

    you never really hear someone saying "i have a fat back"!
    as stated above you cant lose weight from one particular location like your stomach or bum ,you have to lose it over your whole body and how much os stored in any one part of your body is genetic.

    well i wouldnt say eat less, just eat more of the right foods, you dont want to be doing alot of exercise and not eating much. that can be very dangerous, and i fainted once and i was lucky not to hit my head off the ground, i was just after doing some intense exercise.

    make sure you keep eating the right foods.
