Does anyone have/had this condition? I have had it since june and have been messed around by doctors advice and treatment( dont see the point of going to a specialist who will charge me 120 euro on each visit)

Had it on my right foot (left peg was only tight after a game of footie on a hard surface) but now both my feet have it!! While im not in agony I cant run or walk fast

doctors aren't much good for this, you need to get to a decent physio for advice and basically rest until it is better, better shoes might help also.

I had this 2 years ago, but with ice, physio and strectching it ws pretty much fully ok after 3 months, 2 months of this with little or no running.

You may have developed heel spurs which would require an operation, so you need to get to someone who has experience of dealing with sports injuries, as they will have seen in before.

I've had it too - Jesus does it hurt like hell! Physio is a good idea, make an appointment and see what they recommend. The trouble is part of the cure is rest and I lead a very active life and its nearly as bad for me to sit around with my foot up as the pain itself!

Have you tried the old two buckets of water trick?
One as hot as you can stand, the other as cold as you can stand and spen 1min in each for about 10 mins, ending in the cold.
It seems to help all of my foot injuries, ( having terrible problems with my Big Toe at the moment, suspect bone spurs :( )
