    After using exrx site for ages to check how to do specific exercises I found this on the EAS site. First class, I hope at least somebody finds it useful.

    That's an excellent site. Thanks for sharing that. I've always had access to the typical pictures or even videos of weight training but those are great 'cause you can watch them until you get it right without having to guess like with pictures or rewind like DVD's or videos.     the animations are great and i think its a great idea. BUT many are exercises are downright not what they say! eg. deadlift is a partial romanian deadlift. VERY different exercise, squat is too shallow. and many more. now this might seem like nit picking but its important to have exercises like squats fully perfect. not half right. for example if we were to follow the animation for the squat our knees would not be as stable, our legs as strong or as powerful, our hamstrings/glutes as big/strong and we would then have less acceleration. BUT i think its a great idea better than most but like i said before the best thing is to have someone who knows the movements show you and 'feel' you through the corrections on form/technique.
