Im getting back to working out, its been about 2 months or so, today was my first day back there, have to admit at first i found it quite strange lifting the weights again, but soon got back into the routine.
Anyway, im not by anymeans a big guy, and im looking for advice on realy bulking up, arms, legs, chest also ive very thin wrists. I go gym aound 3-4 times a week. Im also staring to take Maximuscle, Promax Extreme, should i expect much to happen taking it? Any advice would be grate.

I've just gone through the same thing of getting back into the gym after a long period away. The first week or two is pretty tough: you'll probably feel pretty tired when you go home. Its really only after about two weeks back that you start feeling energised following weight sessions and stop feeling sore. Ya just gotta persevere man.

The best thing to do (if you are unsure of what weights and technique to be doing) would be to go to one of the personal trainers in your gym and get a weight training programme. Most of the trainers in most gyms will know their stuff and will be able to construct a programme to meet your needs.

With regards to the supplements, make sure you have your diet right as well: you should really be eating at least 5 fairly high protein meals per day if you want to put on size (a protein shake could count as one of these meals). Just remember that you dont want to rely too much on supplements: They are just supplementary to your diet.

I dont think you should ever not feel sore after a workout. If you want to bulk up then you have to ease into it for two weeks and let your body adjust and then go harder and harder till after the workout you are very very sore. Thats the idea, being sore means you have hurt the muscle and your body will make it grow back bigger so it can cope with the workload.

I personally dont like maximuscle supplements, they are overpriced forwhat you get. If you shop around you will get better stuff cheaper.

What i meant was that you dont feel sore a day or two later like you do when you're startin out or gettin back into the routine. Normally when you're in the swing of things, i think it fair to say that you normally lose the soreness a few hours after training. Obviously by the end of every session you should be seriously feelin the burn on muscle groups you've worked.

You should really feel sore for two days after if you train hard enough. For 3-4 days after a good leg workout I cant walk up steps properly and have to lower myself into the car.
