The corporation are doing work in my estate and ever morning this fat lad is asleep.

I’m off work today and he’s parked outside my house and has been asleep the last 2.5 hours.

What makes you think he's working for the Corpo? The vast majority of work is subcontracted out these days? Is there a sign up stating 'xxxxx contractor apologise for the inconvenience'?
