Tore ligaments in left angle age 15 - during taekwondo training.
    casted for 4 weeks

dr's told me to apply NO wieght at all !

Cast off for a week or so then to physio

first thing physio did was to take my crutches off me - and had me jumping off rungs of wall bars ! and hopping around

physion told me to apply wieght all i could !

all in all was unable to get back into training for 4-5 months

damaged sacroiliac joint in back earlier this year, diagnosed by physio. result of flat feet, running on concrete and weak core. Gave me lots of core strenghtening excercises (mostly pilates moves), massaged the area and gave me insoles to help strengthen arches. have stopped running on concrete and haven't had any recurrences.
