This is my own site, so I hope this doesn't count as spam or anything.

    http://weighttrainingwiki.com

Obviously it needs work. It's a wiki so casual users can edit and add pages etc, like in the boards wiki.

I posted it in fitness links already. I'm posting it here too so people can give feedback if they want.

lots of sites use wikis and have very high quality information on them. Wikipedia is the obvious example. Needs enough moderation and common sense

Not if you look at a few different webpages on the subject and do a cross-check; that, to me, is the prudent and sensible way towards gathering information online about anything. I don't ever take the first result from Google as gospel, especially not when it comes to routines and movements that put physical stress on the body or products that alter one's physiological or medical state.

However, this is not meant to slight your Wiki, or indeed any Wiki. Personally I think the concept works well and permits a website to accumulate diverse pieces of information much more quickly than it would if it required updates by the webmaster and just a few other people. Careful moderation is required, however, as mentioned by pwd.

I've put in a wikipedia style skin (and adapted it to show google ads). It looks a lot better now and doesn't have the annoying intro page. Once I fix the logo it will look ok. Content is the same.
