depends on the ligaments and depends on the injury. Have you seen a physio/GP about it?

Its best to do so first. There are many ligaments in your ankle and many different injuries possible.

my hands hurt from typing. this is a long answer. get and exact diagnosis. start rehab early. then get lifting weights (Exceedingly light) asap for the ROM. i think many physios prescribe running to early. one leg squats etc and strengthen up those ligaments. get a str and condt specialist to look at it. if you were around lim i would as it takes too long to type everything and my wrists hurt...

Which ligament and how badly did you do it?
I did mine about 6 weeks ago, the one along at the front on the inside - the deltoid. I'm still getting physio and I reckon I'm still about 3 weeks away from playing. It probably wouldn't have taken so long but I went back too soon.....

i done 2 of them in,one where the foot and leg meet which doesn't seem to be healing and one at the ankle which seems to be ok now.

Are you getting any physio? Are you doing specific exercises?
