    Just a quick question.....

I have a HP Dv1355 laptop and it has a Pentium M 740 1.73GHz processor in it. Now I presumed that this 1.73GHz was made up of a particular core frequency by a multiplier.

But running CPU-Z it gave me this???

Now it could be just me but doesn't it say core speed = 798.0MHz. Should it not be closer to 1.7GHz??
Is this normal or is the laptop severly underclocked?

    Yours confused,
