Just as I get really disciplined with running it turns artic cold. Any recommendations for running in cold weather? I'm usually out for about an hour

pair of tacksuit bottoms and a hoodie or a fleece works for me once your warmed up its grand maybe a hat if your ears get too cold i personally prefer running in the cold i seem to be able to run for longer periods

For some bizarre reason I manage to get myself out running more often in the winter then the summer. Usually go out in a pair of shorts, a sweatshirt and maybe a hat if it's cold enough or waterproofish jacket if it's a bit damp out.

Glooves would probably be a good addition to that but I never have...

Acclimitisation to the cold is a disipline in itself. ;)
    But not to be overdone.
