gyms in limerick

    never been a member of a gym and now ive got the enthusiasm to join,ne1 recommend a gym in limerick with good equipment and programs,help me get meself into shape?
    any input would be great.

    dublin: hercs, galway. galway city gym.(don't know galway that well)

    just look for a gym that has it all in terms of your (evolving) goals. free weights, squat rack, benches, barbells, dumbells, treadmills, stairclimber, creche? if you have kids hell whatever corresponds to your needs!

    don't forget all the non gym stuff too!

    sandbags
    heavy objects
    kegs
    tyres
    park/trail for running
    sledgehammer for swinging
    pressup/chinup handles/bars
    sea for swimming
    chopping wood
    digging holes
    running the ****e out of the dog. or if hes a big dog he drags you along

    you don't need a gym to train!
