Feel like being a b0ll0x?

Did you ever just wake up and feel like being a right b0ll0x?
    Is it a woman thing?
    Or just a me thing?

This morning I woke up and just felt like being s hit head, and I was a **** head to pretty much everyone I met between the hours of 7am and 11am.
I don't do it every day, or every week, but every now and then I am a right grumpy, moody, evil swine.... hell hath no fury like a woman who fell out of the wrong side of the bed... believe me!

Very rarely, what's the pint in making others suffer for your crappy mood?

Can't be doing with moody girls like you at all. Why not just stay in bed instead of inflicting yourself on everyone?

Everyone deserves a bad mood to be taken out on them - they just don't know it yet.

I do that too! I can only get out one side of my bed though. I think it's the fact I have to leave my bed at all that causes it

Seriously though, yeah everyone has off days every now and again. Its nothing big really, just let it run its course and you'll feel better. And you can always apologise to anyone you might have insulted or annoyed.

Cause the best cure of a bad mood is spreading it around... Fact

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,644 ✭✭✭✭nesf

Personally I try not to inflict my moods on other people. Sometimes it's hard to not leave it happen, but these people that constantly do it really annoy me.

No I don't do that(on purpose anyway, sometimes you can't hide your mood),it's an awful thing to do...cough...some people i know are not morning people...

Best cure here is a strong cup of coffee and peace and quiet until its done, then can face the world again, interacting with others is kept to an absolute minimum during this process!!

Oh, Im depressed, then do something about it you stupid people instead of writing on the flippin interent, and asking for opinions of men who dont get out much. Thats only gonna make you feel worse.

After reading the posts it seems like it could be a girl thing.

Its really not very nice, but its like, you know where you can get away with being a narky bastard. Like, at home, anything goes, poor old boyfriend, same rules apply, best friends, again, feel free to be scorpy... in work however, well the boss is of limits, so are the clients, clothes shops, sometimes you can, sometimes you cant, you don't wanna be told there is no more in stock cos you pissed off the even scorpier shop assistant.

Usually though, about an hour into me boll0x mode, I can see the funny side of my behavior, and I have to laugh, how I get away with it is beyond me.

I went on holidays a few years ago with about 10 girls, and looking back, my professional opinion is that women are lunatics. A day wouldn't pass without a domestic in the camp. (It didn't help that we had two sisters, and two cousins with us, read above, anything goes where family is concerned)
We had more hissy fits then I care to remember, but we still had a great time, no grudges where held, which is why I assumed it was the done thing to have a grumpy bastard day every now and again.

Yes, you women need a strong man to keep you in line, because of your nature and failure to control your hormones/emotions. That's why the pimp hand is there to keep you'se in line! ;)

I've sometimes encountered the scorpy bitch having an off day in work, so I usually use psychological probing (why are you in bad mood, is everything all right with the boyfriend/husband, it mustn't be, you must be in an unfulfilled relationship... etc. etc.) and other techniques to drive them over the edge, it's entertaining.

Cant stand moody people (although its nearly always girls) they just arent worth the hassle.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,648 ✭✭✭dundalk cailin

but its just a mood that passes, its worse if we keep it in, plus lads aren't all sweetness and light all the time!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,707 ✭✭✭skywalker

but its just a mood that passes,

So that excuses taking it out on everyone?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 166,026 ✭✭✭✭LegacyUser

In ladies defence, People where not getting beaten with sticks cos of the mood, I think more along the lines of big black cloud following you everywhere for a couple of hours. Maybe throwing the odd evil glance and growl? Grrrrrr
    Am I right?

When I am in a pisser I get rage issues, mad angry, for about 10 minutes, and I can actually feel my mood thawing out... just melting away - but I need to have my hissy fit in order for it to pass, no bottling up for me... oh no no no :p

A woman and a man are involved in a car accident; it's a bad one. Both
of their cars are totally demolished but amazingly neither of them are
hurt. After they crawl out of their cars, the woman says, So you're a man. That's interesting.
I'm a woman. Wow, just look at our cars! There's nothing left, but we're
unhurt. This must be a sign from God that we should meet and be friends
and live together in peace for the rest of our days".
Flattered, the manreplied, "Oh yes, I agree with you completely!"
This must be a sign from God!" The woman continued, and look at this,
here's another miracle. My car is completely demolished but this bottle of
    wine didn't break.
Surely God wants us to drink this wine and celebrate our good fortune."
Then she hands the bottle to the man. The man nods his head in
agreement, opens it and drinks half the bottle and then hands it back
to the woman. The woman takes the bottle and immediately puts the cap
back on, and hands it back to the man.
The man asks, "Aren't you having any?" The woman
    replies, No. I think
I'll just wait for the police...."
    MORAL OF THE STORY:
Women are clever, evil bitches. Don't mess with
    them.

Ha ha, wonder if this woman was just having one of them boll0x days?!?!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 166,026 ✭✭✭✭LegacyUser

What about? My poor fella is my first port of call when I am bulling for a row - God Love Him.

Poor chap doesn't know whats happening. But just to clarify, I don't just pick a fight with him, he just has to listen to me rant about whatever it is thats pissed me off in the first place. (still not fun for him, he goes all silent, cos he doesn't know what to say, and that just drives me insane, cos obviously he should be agreeing with me 110%:p )

He'll probably start doing the dirt with other girls who don't moan at him, and then break up with you. ;)

Just a bit of inside info from a bloke.

Well lucky for me I have a boyfriend who wants to marry me then.
Just cos I have the odd rant now and then, does not mean I am not generally good fun to be with, and very easy to love:p

Do you cheat? If so, I feel sorry for your girlfriend. My boyfriend does not cheat. All men do not cheat.

Besides, this is totally off topic and there is not need for it.

I don't cheat all the time, in fairness. I'm one of the last gentlemen. Your boyfriend doesn't cheat? Well, maybe and maybe not, but if you keep venting all your crap on him then all I'm saying is that he probably will end up doing that.

Just trying to help, like Dr. Phil.
