    Hi,
Im only a part time gym go-er so im no big built up fecker, but with sit ups i can do them till the cows come home, and putting weights on my chest is a pain in the ... chest.

Are inversion boots any good? im guessing there harder to do then 45 degree situps on the normal situp thing and you get a full movement which is always good.

So do gym's not have them cause there no good or cause of injury risks? Would they be on par with normal situps or a little better or alot better?
