Cold Packs

    Does anybody know where to buy good cold packs? I normally use ice, but both the refilling of the ice trays and getting the couch soaked every night with melted ice water is getting a bit tedious. So what i really want are some of those sealed bags with the freezable material inside. Anybody have any suggestions?

    i got one in boots, flexible so I can mold it to my body and even comes with a little pouch so as to stop "ice-burns". no idea what i paid for it though.
    also, i always keep a bag of peas in the freezer (which will never be eaten cos of the amount of freeze-thaw cycles they've been through).

    Check your local Lidl, they usually stock them.

    I think theyre 7euro for two large cold packs, excellent products too, Ive been using them on me banjaxed knees practically every night for a yr!!
