Looking for a personal Trainer

    Hello,
    I have been sick over the last year and have missed months of work and have been unable to get exercize so my fitness levels are the worst i have ever had them. I have got the green light to exercise again but i was thinking of getting a personal trainer for a while . Unfortunatly i dont know how to go about this or prices or anything. CAn anybody help me with info ?

    I go to Jackie Skelly Fitness in Park West. There are some peronal trainers that offer a service there, called Optimum Personal Training or something like that.

    My advice, ring there and ask for their names(which I've PMed you).
