Anyone know where I can get an accurate bodyfat measurement in Dublin. Caliper measurements are not very accurate - seems to depend on who is measuring. Thanks

I think many gyms have decent enough impedance measurement devices. The ones you put on your hands and feet are pretty good I find. Have one at home that you hold in your hands but I find it drastically underestimates my body fat, don't think it accounts for the stock of fat I have on the lower torso

checkout the BF% scales at Argos, they have about 6 or so to choose from.

Calipers are very accurate, but you have to be measured by the same person each time or results can vary...
