Planning a workout

    Hey there!

I've been trying to come up with a workout for myself. Here's what I've come up with so far with the exercises listed in the order I plan to do them:

Squat or Smith Squat or Leg Press
    Hamstring curls or Deadlifts
    Calf raises
    Bench Press
    Shoulder press
    Lat pulldown
    Shrugs
    Upright row
    Bicep curls
    Hanging leg raise

I hope to do 3x6 for most of these. There's a lot of exercises there to do in one workout so should I split it up into a 2 day split or should I just get rid of the calf raises, upright row and leg raises or something similar? If I split it up should I add an excercise for hip abductors?

thats seems like a real tough session if ur doin everything with heavy weight.
in my opinion your form might suffer in the later excercises , like squats and other compound excercises really sap energy!
have you maybe thought of giving one day to upper body and one to lower?
so it splits the tough ones like bench press and squat for example?
not sure if this helps but good luck! ;)
