Im looking to get a treadmill and the prices of motorised ones are a bit high so was thinking of getting one of the much cheaper ones ive seen magnetic ones in argos for a good bit less than the motoriesd ones.

My question is whats the difference in use ?!? ive never used a magnetic one only ones in gyms so can anyone tell me are they worth the bother or just a waste of money.

I don't know the differences between treadmills, but I do know that running on ground is better and harder exercise than using a [motorised] treadmill, because you have to push yourself forward more with each step. Better to just run around a park in my opinion.
