Creatine with dextrose/ALA/Celltech

Celletch claims their creatine blend is 880% as effective as regular creatine supplementation. Has anybody tried this stuff?
I could not find any non-commercial site that said ALA would have any effect on creatine use, which seems to be one of their selling-points. Glancing at their own blurb, it appears ALA may have undesirable side-effects.
There is some evidence to support the effectiveness of creatine-dextrose combinations.
I usually just mix creatine with squash (sugar not artificial sweetener). I am rethinking that idea. I think I will try mixing it with dextrose instead, at a ratio of about 1:5 (in order to get a burst of insulin).
There is also some evidence to suggest combining protein supplemments with dextrose increases their effectiveness.
The logic of using dextrose is that it causes an insulin release that forces nutrients in the blood into the muscles.
The logic of using ALA is roughly the same, however ALA is supposed to force more nutrients into muscles than it does into fat. Commercial sites claim that someone who gains 12 ib of muscle and 12 ib of fat in a period, would have gained 16 ib of muscle and 8 ib fat if they had used ALA. However I could find no non-commercial sites that evaluated ALA as a sports supplement, or its effect on creatine absorption. I would be inclined not to try it.

Has anyone used Celltech, or any other creatine blend? How good do they seem to work?
