Thought i'd ask what the UCD gym (crunch fitness?) is like as far as the weights section goes?

Is there the following: pulley row, squat rack. cable crossover, t-bar row, plate loaded leg press, any calf machines, hack squat, low back bench + a good selection of dumbells ??

    Any replies appreciated

    *** Crap imo.

Is there the following: pulley row,

    *** Yes but not good

    squat rack

*** Yes iirc but not a powercage.

    cable crossover

    *** No

    t-bar row

    *** It's a health club mate!

    plate loaded leg press

    *** Wishful thinking!

    any calf machines

    *** Yes

    hack squat

*** Kind of it's a cross between this and a leg press

    low back bench

    *** No

a good selection of dumbells ??

*** If 90lbs are heavy to you then maybe if not they are sh1te

    - was actually there today for 1st year registration +see what you mean, it's full of twenty somethings that have been drinking too much over the summer!

I didn't see the calf machines but i'm sure they're there somewhere and i thought i saw a t-bar row but if (big if) it was then it was one of those crappy ones with padding for your chest

thanks for the reply , imight join any way seen as how it's only 165 for the year+it'l be handy while i'm out there

I used to train there and I suppose it served a purpose given I did my 501lb bench there. Now though the weights are far too light for my needs.
