You can find it in the sewers under the copper coronet. It has to be the most funny weapon I have ever used in my life. It won't shut up you hit someone and it goes "yoink! got your nose!" or "ooh thats a gusher!" when you do a critical hit or keeps asking "hey can we kill them over there? go on please". as well as loads…
