Any recommendations on a rowing machine for around €300?

There is one (V-fit) from Argos and one from VJ. Either any good?

why dont you just join a gym - for €300 you could join a gym for more than 6 months - you could have access to a much better quality rowing machine and all other sort of equipment too.

I bought a rowing machine a few years ago and tbh after a few weeks you get so fed up of doing the same exercises.

why not learn some discipline, that way you wont mind doing the same excercises over and over and youll have the use of a rowing machine for several years, rather than a gym for 6 months.

I got the one from argos about a year and a half ago.
Not bad but not as good as the ones you get in the gym (obviously).
The biggest thing is that the seat is a bit loose so you need to make sure you are sitting dead centre in it before you start...also get some electricians tape and do each end of the foam on the handles or they slip off.

It is possible to crack your pelvis if you spend more than 30 minutes at a time on a rowing machine. This happened to a girl in WIT.

That's a seated row machine *not* a rowing machine.
