    I was wondering which is the best excersise equipment for working on your abs.
    Those ab cradles are hard to use and really aren't very different from sit ups.

    I do swiss ball, situps, (try to)
    Looking for some product in market for getting this one big pack into six small packs.

    There are hell lotta exercises. I think the most effective according to all the ten instructors in my gym crunches and reverse crunches done on alternate days are beneficial. Then again having a proper diet too is important.
