Energy Food

    I have this problem. I train twice a week with my local football team. Between the time I get home from work and start training I have about an hour and a half. I dont have time at linch time to have a proper meal so i just grab a sandwich. But when I get home I do be lacking some energy and need to eat before I go training. I don't have time to have a proper dinner and If I did i probably wouldn't be able to train. When I come home from training it is too late to eat dinner so I have been eating a small plate of brown rice and chicken and black bean sauce which seems to be providing me with some energy before training. Has anyone got any other ideas of light meals that will provide me with enough energy.
