Front panel audio and fan speed control

    A couple of questions...

My motherboard has jumpers for connecting front panel audio, and while there are push out sections on the case for the jacks, there are no actual jacks. Is there a convenient supplier for these, or do I need to put them together myself? By the same token there seems to be an option to connect an SP/DIF module, where do I get one?

The case also has some fans which are connected using the older Molex power plugs, if I want to slow them down, is it just a case of hooking up a resistor in series with the Vcc of the fan, and if so, what sort of value?

    Thanks.
