Has anyone got any advice on buying a cycle trainer. Are rollers or are the triangular models the best? What sort of resistance is best? Which brand would you recommend? What are the best channels for second hand purchases - I want to spend up to €100 only (planning a new bike purchase soon too), and I reckon there are a lot of unused trainers bought with best intentions, and now taking up storage space.

Oh, and, any advice on programmes etc to follow (Spinervals, anyone?)
