Irish rowing both the Four and the double,The Irish four didnt push themselfs in the heat so will be a savage race,i dont think aus will be up there

Real shame Lynch and Towie didn't make it. Lynch comes across as a really good bloke and they worked their butts off. Maybe there's another Olympics in them.

Ya pity about sam and gags sam had to lose a fair bit of weight that morning so he had to go for a fairly long run to lose it,Took alot of energy not making excuses for them but,i think they would of done alot better,then again it was the Irish Manager to look out for that not spot it that morning
