    Hey all...
i am not very fit. and really inflexible. i want to start doing more excercise etc etc and was thinking about capoeira... somebody recommended it.
BUT is it a good beginners activity? considering my lack of flexibility and all!

Fysh - you have links to Capoeira in Cork... this is where I would be thinking of doing it.. what's it like?

    thanks!
