ah they're all great - well at least the ones i know from olden days - that is Fio, Dermo, Niall, Irwin, Andrew, Deidre and i think thats it but i met two of the others when i was in visiting andrew Niall and dermo cant remember their names but one of the female ones now has me in her phonebook as "andys stalker" :boggle:

i think pretty much all the ras rocked this year but ive got a loyalty to dee coz she was my ra and we had some brilliant corridor chats i loved em all tho

I feel obliged to vote Brona 'cause she was my RA. I remember the day we were in our RA meeting - it had just started and there was some guy at the door. I can't remember his name, maybe Eshert(sp?). Anyways, Brona was like "Are you in our RA group?" and he said yes. He was assigned a girl name, and then Brona said "Alright. Today we're going to talk about periods." He practically ran away screaming. It was just so hilarious. Ahh. *wipes tear from eye*

I'm with Dermo, for all the reasons we can't mention. For some strange reason Fio doesn't advocate proper moshing and dislikes my extremely popular petition to have Dermo made DJ for the rest of the disco's. The first one nearly killed me.

dermo has excellent taste in music, dermo for dj even tho im not there!!!!!!!!! that other one was just a tad crappy. every disco we would giv him tons of requests and he'd play maybe 3 the whole night. *bitter mumbling*

any RA who is cool enough to let several people who are clearly not part of his RA group (never mind the program itself) pretend to be for a bit and listen to that riveting ballad about stalin (or was it lenin? my memory fails me...whatever. it was brilliant any which way - especially when people passed by and looked like they were going to laugh and cry and run away all at once) gets my vote. even though my vote doesn't count. for several reasons. but i'm adding mine in just to step on the system. /steps on system. good luck if you can follow that long sentence. cause i sure can't. whee! the point. i had one....hmmm... ah,yes.

the ballad of stalin was funny the first time but after that it was quite quite irritating. although when brandon started stripping while he was doing it it really added a whole new dimension. he even had a little diva stage trick going with the hand movements.

I think I'm going to have to go with dermo, otherwise several people wil kill me, but....Brona!!!! was genius. And my RA was terrifying. Ok, so she was working in an animal asylum when she had the dead dogs in her freezer, but still. Plus she was one of those RA's who hadn't been to CTYI when she was younger and so took ALL the rules seriously...including escorting us to breakfast every day and making us sit in our group...I had to make myself an honoury member of dermo's group to get outta that one.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Gareth. He's definitely up there too. He's the oldest RA but he's almost more immature than the students. Gareth rocks! The petition was never going to work but I hope the guy will take notice and play music more to our liking.

Brian got his ear pierced yesterday at Blanchardstown, highly amusing. There must have been about 15 people sitting there watchin him, when the gun got stuck to his ear. She had to tug at it for ages until finally it came off, but even then the drama wasn't over... the earring still hadn't gone fully through so... with about 20 students and ra's watching from inside and outside the window, the girl had to manually push the earring through the last few layers of skin. A moment to remember! Indeed Bish Rocks!

The RA's seem to get sounder by the day (more or less!). Dermo rocks.Irwin is, well, extraordinarily tall. Elaine on the other hand, is extraordinarily small (wouldn't they make a great couple!!). Gareth is cool, i suppose... Brona is mad (and she's got a funny surname hee hee hee!) and Aislinn is really really sound.

Overall, the RAs have my utmost respect!!

The correct (but non-PC) term is up for debate, but my fave is Sportugitalianards, or even Sportalians. Security had the cheek to get us to close our windows last night, because WE were making too much noise! The security guard looks about 12 thought, so I think he's only kidding when he asks us to do stuff...his uniform is a Halloween costume from what we can make out...

As for Kevin's outfit (yes, it's the same guy), I'm slightly worried that anyone would consider it a good idea for me to wear atrociously undersized clothes in public!
