Gym Program

    I’m looking for advice on a gym program and anything you guys could do to help me out would be great.

    I’ve packed on a few pounds in the last year, mainly due to lack of exercise and eating ****. My goal at the moment is to lose maybe up to a stone and tone up some flab.
    At the moment I cycle 6.5 miles a day 5 times a week, but that’s the only exercise I’m getting and I want to start going to the gym. I’m a naturally heavy build, around 14 st and I’m 6ft tall.
