We won't have time - every hour kicking kain's ass, is an hour lost away from lineage.

His name is dave - so i'm guessing he's gay ...................

Was thinking about getting a house there myself (saw on student house list but not positive where it is!) Is that near the castle or am i in the wrong side of carlow altogether?

Millbrook are the apartments beside the castle,
They are nice and pretty big ours was a 4 bedroomed one but the only downfall is the kitchen is off the sitting room as opposed to a seperate room

Yeah ours is the same, but our last gaff - the weirs across the river - had the kitchen/sitting room combo too, with the added quirk of the bedrooms being downstairs and the kitchen/sitting room upstairs.

millbrook apartments are much nicer than the weirs.

I was living in a flat last year with a sittingroom/kitchen combo so that doesn't really bother me (tis actually handy somtimes). I'll def be having a look there.

As you lived there mabye ya can give some info on it.
It says "Extra charges for utilities and refuse, small single €60, large single €65, ensuite €70". "swipe card system, intercom door"
How is the refuse collected? (is it bagtags or wheely bins)
Was there much difference in room size where you were living? i.e were ya paying extra for different rooms.
What the deal with the swipe card? is that for the front door?

Thanx for the original info and any more ya provide.

last year in milbrook they had shared dumpster/skip things out the back, but I've heard talk of those being removed because of unscrupulous whoores who don't live there using them.
the swipecard thing doesn't work on half of the blocks. We're on the ground floor so we have our own back door.

    Swipe cards were broken,
They had the big wheelie bins for everyone outside.

We moved in at the end of the college year so jsut paid 50 a room I had the biggest one which was a nice size:)there is another big one and 2 smaller ones none are tiny but none are huge either

We were one of those "unscrupulous whores" last year man remember when they started charging us for the bins and we did those mid-night bin runs to the millbrook! :)

I'll be back, not to bothered about it though because my class has dwindled away to people who know as much about computers as Jordan.

    Also

Stevenk you should be ashamed of yourself. Tubgirl passed and you didnt. Well another of year of insulting her then.... By the way steven if u want any maths notes or anything I can post them up to you no problem. In all honesty I think out of anybody in the glass you deserve to pass by knowing more about networking than the rest of us.

Oh roll on college, so I can leach in 303 all day.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 37,316 ✭✭✭✭the_syco

Does anyone know where I can get Martin Grogans networking notes, by any chance?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,219 ✭✭✭Redrocket

yeah a complete set of maths notes would be good to have. and examples of questions so i can work them into my brain as much as possible. i cant believe she passed!! wtf!!! haha fair f8cks to her. thats all i can say. bluffed the project to the highest degree. i was fair ticked off with my OS results, i expected more i only got maybe 45 or something.
