I definitely feel more alert and quick-witted on the days that I do manage to drink lots of water. I can actuallt feel my body sucking it in at times.

It's fantastic for your skin as well, men take note

There is also dangers of drinking too much water to be aware of but I haven't got time at the moment to find anything on that - something to do with your bodies nutrients getting leeched out of your body:D

two litres a day in work. Spend most of the day pi55ing like a race horse but feel better for it, cleans out the insides big time and gets the weekend drinking out of the system. Keeps the munchies away aswell

aye, its nice to finally have a spot free face:)
only a few blemishes here and there now (and shaving rash, which has only just started effecting me:( )

drink about 1.5 litres throughout the day, and maybe another half a litre in the evening.
