camcorder tripod - help!

    hi,

    i know this isn't a audio/visual question but i'm desparete...

    Does anyone know where i could hire a camcorder tripod around dublin for a few days....i'm filming a siblings wedding and need one quickly...

    any help would be greatly appreciated...

    You can buy a fairly basic one in Argos for €25. They have better ones for €50. I'm not sure you'd be able to rent anything for much less than €25... Certainly not by enough to justify renting over purchasing anyway.


    edit - Film Base have tripods for rental for €20. You have to be a member though. They're above and beyond what you're looking for though I think.

    argos in waterford doesnt have any tripods with the last few weeks(the one for 25)

    anyone know anywhere online where i could get one similiar for that price
    ??
