    not really a fitness issue but wasnt sure where else would get an answer. I was looking at this site http://www.onlineconversion.com/ to convert from american system of pounds to stone. Only thing is they give three types of pound (pound, pound troy, pound metric) anyone know which is the standard for peoples weight. cheers

    The pound is standard and 2.2 lbs equal 1 kg.

    I used to worry that I was overweight then luckily I discovered that I was undertall.:p
