Is it possible to gain weight by eating large amounts of vegtables and fruit, without adding anything or cooking them differently. If so, how much would you need to eat

You can gain weight by eating most things I'd imagine.

Just eat more then you'd usually eat :)

    Depends on the vegetables.

Vegie's high in carbs (spuds) will add a signigicant number of calories to your diet.
Fruits typically have a lot of natural sugar which would cause weight gain in large quantities.

By eating only fruit and veg it would be a lot harder to gain weight, as you have to eat a lot of fruit and veg to get enough calories to make you start piling on the pounds.

    Why do you ask?

And without meaning to be disgusting, you ever seen/smelt the mess too much fruit makes of your insides. Gross.
