I've changed my regime over the last few months to include 2 weights sessions a week. Last night I noticed stretch marks between by Biceps and Triceps. Anyone else get these? Any ideas on how to deal with them?

Palmers cocoa butter (available in Boots and most big chemists) is GREAT. As is vitamin E oil.

    Bio-oil is great mate.

Not sure why you'd want to hide them though, think of em as battle scars ;)

You should be able to pick it up from any local chemist. Not cheap mind but very good. I get alot of marks in around my shoulders and on my biceps, this fades em pretty quickly.
