im finding myself getting well hungry around 10 oclock for some reason......

i eat at usual times but...well...right now im starving.

just a bit worrying as if i eat now...its bad for the body....ie.perfect time to put on weight as im on a weights schedual..
your metabolism rate slows down before six...supposedly.....making your digestion slower...putting the chances of additional apidose tissue at a higher risk...
    so.....
any ideas of how to put my eating habits back in sync?

don't worry too much about it - if you are hungry or have been training you need to eat - just eat sensibly, not too much fat, some protein, lots of complex carbs. bowl of muesli or something should fill you up. I find it takes a few hours for my appetite to recover after training as well.

Complex carbohydrates before bedtime are good for you anyway, they cause you to produce serotonin which helps you sleep. Avoid protein with them though, they stop the serotonin making process and are hard to digest.
