    Ok, i'm kinda thin, bout average build but i'm really unfit and was wondering how to start. I have no muscles in my upper arms!:dunno:

    start cycling/playing football/swimming/jogging. or join a circuit trianing/gym class. Swimming is great for all round fitnes. No point doing weights straight off if you are not already reasonably fit. if you do some pushups 2 or 3 times a week that will strengthten your arms/chest.
