    Does anyone know about dynamic yoga clubs/lessons location in Dublin ?

    check out prana
    they are just off Dame st and offer a range of dirrerent types of Yoga Classes. The center is run by Greg and Rani, who are very approachable
    You can drop in to classes or pay for a block. If you have never done yoga before then you should do a full beginners intto course, it will give you basic grounding, and from there you can branch into whatever form you feel is best suited to yourself.
    Remember, if you do classes, you should be practicing at home 3 times a week as well....
