Just wondering dose anybody know of any TAI CHI clubs, or lessons Dublin North side ?

Hi There is an excellent Tai Chi Chuan (Yang Style) Class on Thursday evenings 8 p.m. in St. Gabriel's Parish Hall, (Tir Lir Room) behind The Dollymount House Pub.

Teaches Standing Chi Kung, Moving Chi Kung and Tai Chi Form and some Tao Philosophy.

It's €100 for 10 weeks and classes are roughly an hour and a half duration.

Wear loose clothes and trainers. Beginners Welcome. Mixed Classes.

    Just arrive.

Other class on Monday Night in St. Clare's Primary School, Harolds Cross Opposite the Hospice at 8.15 p.m. same teacher, same style.

Go right up the driveway, turn left and right around to the back of the school, looks very dark but the hall is right around the back.

try right clicking and saving as .wmv files on your pc instead of playing them straight away.

Oh, thanks! I ctrl-clicked and saved to desktop - it saved automatically as .wmv - and it showed immediately on Windows Media Player for Mac when I double-clicked it.

Kind of fast (I'm looking at the Cloud Hands demo) to see exactly what's going on, but good.

I know it's not in dublin but Paul Maloney (086-1294973) teaches Tai Chi in Leixlip.

    Great guy. Good attitude.
