Sports Massage/ Physiotherapy

Can anyone recommend either a sports masseur(?) or physio in the Kildare or South Dublin areas?

I'm having problems with an achilles tendon which I believe is being made worse by a very tight calf muscle. Stretching isn't having much of an affect so deep massage of the muscle might help.
    Thanks:) .

I go to a physio in Fitzwilliam street, the name of the clinic is City Physio (should be in yellow pages), person I see is John. I've been going there for a couple of years now with different sports injuries. The treatment has always been good and has worked for me, so that could be an option for you.

Went there after I hurt my shoulder and they only made it 10 times worse. (it wasn't John). I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for the time being as it was probably just waiting to be inflammed anyway.

I've always found Milltown Physio in D6 very good.
