Does anyone know how the various beers compare in terms of calories. I've heard different reports saying how guinness has less calories than beer.

I heard someone saying in the gym that there's about 200 calories in a pint of beer - could be wrong though - not sure about "The Black Stuff".

I thought it was nearer 350 calories for a pint of beer,

And remember because beer f*&ks with your blood sugars yuo think you hare hungry when you actualy don't need food. Hence kebabs at 4 in the morning.

And yuo are more likely to store this food as fat when drinking.
