Can anyone recommend a good book which will outline weight training programmes for women?

I have come across The Body Sculpting Bible for Women by James Villepigue, Hugo A. Rivera but have read mixed reviews online.

I need something that will debunk the common myths like women who weight train will get bulky etc etc

Any other good books out there?

Also is it possible to weight train using just dumbells?

Well said daveirl. Just exercise, it will do you no end of good.

Plus you'll be able to change the water in the dispenser without waiting for a man...
