where can you get cards

in dublin you can get them in Forbidden Planet or the 4th dimension. The 4th dimension is much cheaper (3.50 for a booster as opposed to 4.50 in FP) and its also cheaper for pretty much everything else as well, only problem is that its only open at weekends, but you can still get boosters for 3.50 in teh 3rd place which is just above the 4th dimension

I wouldnt mind some explosive vegetation or some older cards.

Spirintmonger or mystic enforcer.

In fact, any card that would have been used for T2 when the Invasion/Apocalypse/Planetshift or Odyssey were legal.

I.e. Fact or fiction, spiritmonger, enforcer, pernicious deed et al.

i have a howling mine. dunno what other decent cards i have. doubt i have more that 2 or 3 reaslly decent ones and ive no idea what edition they are.

this may sound like a stupid question, but on opening a booster the other day, the grim visage of a dusk imp greeted me in the commons section. however, this dusk imp was different. instead of the usual dark grey/green torso, this one had a bright neon green torso. its obviously off colour, the thing im wondering is if this makes it ultra rare and valuable as a collectors item, or does it just mean ive got a sucky dusk imp that was faultily made?

I think thats just a Foil card.

It means its got a shiny surface instead of a normal surface. It doesnt really add to the value of the card unless its a rare. However the better the rare the more valuable the card is when its a foil as well.

If your talking about something completely different then please disregard, its kinda difficult to tell what you mean by "the dirty article" from the picture.

I dont think its a foil, the edge is the same....

its most definitely not a foil neway, its not shiny like my other foils, its just off colour

the "dirty article" is the one on the left. notice the streak of neon green on the torso region compared to the banal dusk imp on the right

i got a pic of it by scanning it. it was prob just a fault in the printing machine or soemthing

id say its just a printing error as there's just a streak of discolouration on it. Although some collectibles are made incredibly valuable by being made with mistakes i doubt its the same for magic cards as u could recreate teh effect easily with some bleach r something

ur probably right, but if u ask me the only reason itll never have ne value is because its a crappy Dusk Imp instead of Chrome Mox or something

generally you can determine how rare something is by the little symbol at the bottom right corner directly under the picture..if it's black, then it's common, if it's silver, it's rare, and if it's gold, it's ultra rare.. speaking of rare cards, what are you guys's fav. cards? mine are exoskeletal armor, phantom nishoba, and book burning.
